A fire, which broke out on Saturday around 8:30 PM at the Casablanca wholesale market, ravaged some 4,000 crates of fruit and vegetables, according to the Civil Protection. It took an hour to overcome this disaster, against which the Civil Protection mobilised two trucks and 14 firefighters. No casualties were reported in this fire which, according to initial estimates, caused material damage of around 36 million dirhams.
