The boundaries are:

- To the north: Bd de la Résistance.
- To the south: Bd Al Fida.
- To the west: Bd II Mars and Bd Nador.
- To the east: Bd Ibn Tachfine and Route Ouled Ziane.

Its population is estimated at approximately 179,133 inhabitants.
