Very good place, attended for very very nice people willing to help you or advise you in any moment. Bedrooms/bathrooms very clean. All days you can eat a very good traditional breakfast.

A SCAM and a FRAUD. Money stolen, and dishonest. We wanted to book at La Rose du Desert in Fes, not in Marrakech. When we called (we speak French and Arabic so no language issue) we wanted to check date available but we also clearly ask them if there were located in Fes and they did not say there were not, just ask us how long we want to stay and when. Instead of closing the discussion, they say that rather than booking by internet (that would protect our booking), we should send cash via Western Union so they "keep" our booking, and to follow-up by whatsapp. We lost all this money, and the person we talked to via whatsapp never answered our message, and now it blocking us. We kindly explained our mistake the same day, and asked them to reimburse us or to send money to the other hotel in Fes. They only proposed to get a ridiculous discount if we come to their hotel, which we declined. Since then, no answer to our several emails, we now are obliged to use the legal way.

Very beautiful and authentic riad. Youssef and his staff are beyond friendly and most helpfull. A very warm welcome upon arrival. The food they had prepared for us in the morning and at night, was so delicious! The rooms are very clean and don't hesitate to ask about trips outside Marrakech. (High Atlas & Sahara trip is incredible!!)

Some of the most helpful staff I have ever encountered. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
