You'll get brilliant service and amazing staff at this place . Staff are professional and always happy to help, even washed and ironed my husbands jeans for nothing when he knocked a cup of tea over. Felt like a real personal service. The Riad itself is beautifully decorated, very peaceful and comfortable. The only downside is that it is located in the heart of Old Medina so it's a 10 minute walk through the souks in the hustle and bustle to get to the main road where you can grab a taxi or bus etc but nonetheless worth a stay if you don't mind a little walk. Xx

Let stalk about Riad hotel. I noticed that there were a lot of these hotels. The one that we stayed at was difficult to get to at first. The cab drops you off at the front of the square and you have to make your way through the crowds, and turn down a road and walk down an alley. It sounds scary but it isn't. Once you find it, you'll discover that it's a hidden gem in the middle of the old city. We were welcomed with some hot mint tea and some very good cookies. The host checked us in and goes over everything that Marrakech has to offer. We then received a tour of the hotel. It's very comfy. There are 14 rooms, 7 regular sized rooms and 7 suites. There is a rooftop terrace where you can have lunch or dinner and you also have access to the jacuzzi. Our room included breakfast which was very simple but nice. You get a choice of cheese or no cheese omlette, there are various breads, pastries, salami, hard boiled eggs, the usual coffee, tea and orange juice. Our room was very spacious as you can see from the pictures. Excuse the mess on the bed. Lol. The bed was pretty comfortable. They do have a safe and they provide laundry. I would say that it reminds me of a quaint bed and breakfast. The one thing to keep in mind is that when you are paying the balance, if you're using a card they charge 3% in dir. If you're paying cash they take either euros or dirhams. As I stated before it is in the middle of the old city so as soon as you step out make two turns you're right in the middle of everything. And yes the hotel does provide tours. Just ask!

Sadly I really did not like this place. The service and people who work here were incredibly nice but the hotel left a lot to be desired for the price. The room had a sewer gas smell all day/night that only left for an hour when the shower was turned on. The rooftop was not decorated and the sitting area had no color or pillows or anything inviting. The atrium is not open, there is a plastic sheet covering so the lobby area is stuffy and kind of dark. I just really didn't like the place but the staff was so nice so stars for them.
