Very nice and clean hotel with different restaurants . Also an outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Indoor pool you have to pay for which I was not happy about. They also have a spa section which you will have to pay for too. Break fast was good too. Only thing in had an issue with was the room ..it smelt a bit.

This is definitely not a hotel that is worth 5 stars! There was a water damage in our room, which of course can happen anywhere. But we certainly did not like how the staff handled this. All our clothes and bags got wet, so we had to ask them multiple times to dry our clothes and bags. And after some hours we did not bother to ask them again for drying our bags. Then we got a new room, which did not have wifi. Normally, one would think that an upgrade would be awaiting, but no, they said that we had to wait until they fixed the wifi in that room. Furthermore, they told us to wait for new keys, but of course they forgot everything about this. So all in all, we spent a full day on going back and forth to the reception desk and standing in line to get in touch with the staff. Time that we preferably could have spent outside in the pool instead.

Lovely hotel. Only negative is food got boring and repetitive after a few days. Only one restaurant, a big big let down. Walking distance to a mall where you can buy pizza, burger king etc. Great and energised children's area staff who also do dance at the pool side. The kids enjoyed the kids club. Night time live music for adults at the bar. We had a pool side facing hotel room.

Best Hotel I have ever been to. I was only suppose to be there for 2 days but every day I could find myself to leave so kept on rebooking. The staff were amazing the piano bar was awesome. This hotel is defiantly the best I have ever been to and the cost is crazy they could charge so much more. PLEASE USE THIS HOTEL. 5stars
