The room does not get a 5 stars feel. The bed is comfortable and I like the dressing room in the entrance of the room because it is spacious and allowed us to not have the suitcase in the middle of the room. The minibar was empty. There was an issue with the shower, the water floods the rest of the bathroom when we shower and even though the cleaning ladies cleaned the water , it was happening with every shower which was annoying and a dangerous hazard as it made the floor very slippery. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice but it gets crowded and there are queues everywhere especially to get the drinks; however the waiters are very friendly and helpful and they try their best to accommodate everyone. The lobby is spacious and beautiful, however the feel I got from this hotel is that it is a bit "industrial". Still a good hotel overall but no worth 5 stars.

The level of service should be at a better level. Waitresses and waiters need more training and controls. They should never lie to customers, it's really bad for the hotel's reputation (Example : when they bring you orange juice and they double confirm that it's squeezed juice and then they tell you that the management encourages them to lie to clients).

You have an excellent hotel, however (most of) your staff needs seriously to be trained on how to treat all customers equally and not judge any customer on his face or clothes. It happened to me to appear transparent some times or to receive misleading information from your staff which is unacceptable for a such brand. I hope my comment will be taken into consideration and I stay at your disposal if you need any additional information.

The service was good, especially during the check-in as well as check-out process. However, the room is not as good as it could be. The bathroom floods and the water runs into the entire room whenever I take a shower. I found the layout of the hotel very compartmental that it is not easy to find the reception, restaurant and other amenities.

Stayed four nights. With few exceptions, the service was very bad (e.g., Check-in took 45 minutes (at the counter). Every 24 hours my room card stopped working, so every day I needed to wait in the reception for some one to re-activate the card, house keeping was iffy, and aside from the coffee shop (reason for the one star), the service in the other restaurants and bar was not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. My "classic garden view" room had a balcony, but it overlooked a diesel tank and the generator was really loud... I could continue but suspect that there are a number of better hotels for the same price or less.
