I was in a family room. There were no carpets. The air conditioning was very noisy. There was no refrigerator. When you ask the personel for something they "yes" and they don't do it. However, the location of the hotel is good, near to the royal theater.

Hotel was ok, there are some absolutely unhelpful and rude employees, but there are also some lovely ones. It is hard to find someone who speaks English in the hotel. All the facilities are an extra charge which we were not advised before booking. I would not say this is a 4 star hotel, it's just basic. I had B&B, there wasn't much variety in food, and didn't really enjoy the food. I wouldn't book again.
