The staff are lovely and will do all they can to help you. The hotel itself is pretty basic. We went in Feb and the pool is shaded over until about 11am and shades back over at 5pm. Rooms are a good size but some do not have balconies so check before you book. The food isn't the best for selection and can sometimes be a little cold but it's OK. The hotel is very central to shops and café over all I would say this hotel is good and great for the price you pay

We stayed here in the middle of February. First of all the not so good. The WiFi did not always work the higher up you were in the hotel. The paint in the bath was peeling off. We witnessed a waiter on more than one occasion drop cutlery and just put it back with the rest of the cutlery. The gym had equipment that did not work at all; very poor. We booked all-inclusive but this did not include any drinks, the water can turn out to be expensive. On the plus side the pool was excellent, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, you could exchange money on site at a good rate (better than at the airport). The rooms were cleaned every day to a good standard. The location of the hotel was good. The choice of food was reasonable buffet style. The lunch had a menu and was served quickly. For the price and service I would recommend staying here.

Hotel is a bit dated. Food was very tasty though and the staff was very kind and helpful. The drinks are very expensive compare to outside restaurants. It is in a very good location, right in the centre of the new town. The city tour bus' first stop is in front of the hotel slightly on the left.

Perfect hotel in a perfect area. Very friendly staff and good service and food. Waiters are pervy towards women though

Had a great weeks stay here. Hotel is situated in a great location, just along from Carre Eden shopping centre with supermarket and shops. Staff in the hotel were lovely and very helpful. We booked a two day trip to the Zagora desert through the hotel and the staff made sure to ask we enjoyed it when we returned. Breakfast was lovely and very fresh. Pancakes, omelettes both made to order along with freshly squeezed organs juice. Went to dinner buffet one night and thought it was a bit pricey for the options. Room was cleaned everyday and new towels provided in a new design too! Pool area well maintained and beach towels provided free. Pool water is very cold though! Overall, very happy during my stay and would recommend it!
